Spring 2014.

It seems like Easter snuck up on us this year. We did however, manage to dye eggs...at Midnight the Saturday before Easter. Easter Eve.
Hayden made a Mike Wazokski Egg
Easter Morning the boys woke up to a trail of carrots from the Easter Bunny which lead to their baskets. On the way however, Hayden couldn't help but notice all the eggs around.
The Easter bunny had left eggs for Preston, which we easy to reach....we had to fight Hayden away from those :) Preston always has loved the plastic eggs, since there are some in the play kitchen, he was so excited to see so many, all over the place!

...and this is the best picture we got of the two. haha, good times.
After the egg hunt we had "Katie Neal's Favorite Creamed Eggs" for breakfast, always a hit. And then went to church.
Tine invited us over for Easter dinner at her house. Lucky for us, she bought a LOT of ham, so we were able to take some home and have since enjoyed omelets and ham fried rice.
We are always doing projects, and we are so thankful that we have a truck to haul things in....
...our "truck" is actually our honda, but are thankful anyway. We've been know to have molding/wood/flooring sticking out of the sunroof/window/trunk...but we only live a mile or so from Lowe's.
Hayden is LOVING the garden. If he's not watering it (he tries to sneek the hose over at least once a day) he's raking it, or digging it, or this morning he told me to "watch that side grow, while I watch this side." haha, and the other day, I took this picture of him when he was "clearing his fields"...I guess he gets is from Little House on the Prairie :)
We have only had to water once or twice because of all the rain we've had, and everything is thriving. I don't know what else I'd expect with all Hayden's tlc
For Teacher Appreciation Week David's class gave him a gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods. Last weekend we went there and got a gigantic air mattress...for when we go camping. But first we have to get a bigger tent...for the air mattress. We had a sleepover in the living room and the boys were in bounce heaven!
And finally, a picture to end on. Preston is Hayden's little shadow. My two little vacuum kids. Luckiest. Mom. Ever.
