Labor Day.

For Labor Day this year we headed to the cabin. The weather was a little wild, Hayden learned about thunder....and he didn't really like it.

Grandpa is building a new garage, so there are lots of neat things laying around. While the rest of us were getting lunch ready, we heard Hayden outside with Grandpa. Grandpa had made Hayden a xylophone. They were playing neat music, it reminded me of the band on Home Improvement....

 
We got to go fishing over the weekend, and while we weren't as successful as the group a little further down the shore, it was the best fishing we've had in a while.

 Hayden had his pole in, but wasn't really too interested in attending to it.

 David caught this fish on his pole....

 ...and Hayden caught this fish. Hayden doesn't want anything to do with the fish once they are out of the water. So David claimed it.
