This is Halloween, 2014.

I can't believe Halloween has come and gone!
Hayden says Halloween is his favorite holiday. Preston says "ee ee ee" when he sees anything Halloweenish (pumpkins, skeletons, witches, etc)
The boys loved carving pumpkins this year. The loved getting the seeds out.
 Lil' Seed Scooping Mustard.
We tried roasting them...we'll need to try again. Something took my attention away and they got a little over done.
Not to make a million Halloween- Griswold connections, but the seeds, when you tried to eat them, were like the turkey on Christmas Vacation.
haha, like this. Totally hallow inside.
Preston loved that he got to use something like a tool. Knife.
...but he thought his drill might work better. Haha, that kid. He loves his tools.
Hayden wanted to make a scary one, and a nice one. Since one is cute, and the other looks like a creepy clown, I think he accomplished it.

Ready for trick-or-treating! All Hayden wanted to be for Halloween was a ghost made out of a sheet, he's told us for months. We used baby powder to make him whiter...we should have used face paint :)
Mustard was going to be Handy Manny, but then we decided let's put a little facial hair on him....
 Voila! Al Borlin.

He even carried around his tool box to collect his treats.
Haha, and here's the whole crew. Don't mind me, but look a David....and his minion.
Preston wasn't too happy about letting Dad use his goggles, and Hayden wasn't thrilled with him using his Critter, but they both got over it and had a great time trick-or-treating.

Neither of the boys really cared about the candy. Hayden was just interested in meeting all the neighbors he hadn't yet, and chatting with them about their garbage cans.
Preston was just interested in their garbage cans.
Oh kids.
